Parys Apartments is located in Agia Paraskevi, near Rethymno on the island of Crete. Our holiday accommodation offers plenty of space for families, couples, and friends, combining a peaceful setting—complete with a swimming pool and private terraces—with close proximity to the sea.Sometimes dreams take years to grow.
Ours began with a simple wish — to have our own place somewhere the sun shines more often, the sea is always close by, and life moves just a little more slowly.
One day, we decided to make that dream come true.
We bought our dream home in Crete. ❤️
We chose a place where we can truly relax — with space, sunshine, sea views, a swimming pool, and an atmosphere that makes you forget the rush and responsibilities of everyday life after just a few moments.
This is not simply a holiday property for us.
It is our home in Crete.
A place we genuinely love coming back to
We return here ourselves whenever we can.
We love slow mornings with coffee on the terrace, long evenings by the barbecue, the smell of the sea, the sound of cicadas and lazy afternoons spent without looking at the clock.
It is the kind of place where you naturally slow down.
Where plans become less important, evenings last longer and sometimes the best part of the day is simply sitting outside and enjoying the view.
And when we are away, we want the house to stay full of life
When we return to everyday life, we do not want our home in Crete to stand empty.
We want other people to experience what we love about this place too.
That is why we decided to open its doors to our guests.

Not just another anonymous holiday rental with no story behind it, but a real home where someone has thought about the small things that make a holiday special.
Find your favourite place
The house has four different terraces, so everyone can find their own corner.
You can choose between sunshine and shade, sit quietly with a book, enjoy dinner together by the barbecue or spend the evening on the rooftop terrace with a glass of Greek wine and a view of the sea.
Some moments do not need much more than that.
A place for families too
While the adults relax, children can enjoy the games we have prepared for our guests or spend their time in the swimming pool.
The pool is available 24 hours a day, so long summer evenings do not have to end just because the sun goes down.
We wanted the house to feel comfortable for couples, families and everyone who simply wants a little more space and freedom during their holiday.
Please treat it as a home, because that is exactly what it is
We want you to feel completely comfortable here.
At the same time, we kindly ask our guests to treat the house with the same care that we do.
Because we are not simply renting out a property.
We are sharing a place that is part of our life, our memories and our family.
